Renaissance Suites Odessa uses PayPal owned by eBay, the world's most trusted on-line payment system, with over 150 million members covering a network of more than 190 countries. PayPal automatically encrypts your credit card information (using 128 bits encryption key, the highest level commercially available) as it is sent between your computer and their server. So RSO never sees your credit card information.
Signing up to PayPal is free. All you need is an email address and credit card. You pay no fee to send the deposit. Once you have completed the reservation and submitted the deposit PayPal automatically sends you and RSO an email confirming the transaction.
- Studio and One bedroom Suites require a $50 deposit
- Two and Three bedroom Suites require a $100 deposit
- Stays of 10–15 days in any Suite requires a $100 deposit
- Stays of more than 15 days require a $200 deposit
Complete the Reservation form and click «Submit».
Once you click the «Submit» link your request will then be sent to us.
We will respond within 24 hours confirming availability or with an offer of a similar Suite. You may pay the deposit at this stage and and once we have received this we will then send you a Booking Confirmation. Note: After submitting your reservation the system will take you to the PayPal page. You may pay the deposit at this point instead of waiting for a reply from us. If the requested Suite is unavailable we will offer you a similar alternative. If none of the alternatives are to your liking your deposit will be refunded in FULL within 24 hours.
Yes. A $50 refundable deposit is required. This is taken for reasons of security and also covers the contents of the mini-bar. It is normally paid on arrival, at which point a receipt will be issued to you confirming receipt and that the deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay.
This should be paid on arrival in cash. We accept Euros, Dollars or Sterling at current exchange rates. Alternatively, the full amount may be paid in advance using any of the options listed below.
You may make payments using any of the following options:
- Credit Card. Payments may be made via PayPal's secure on-line payment system with American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discovery Credit Cards. To pay the full amount in advance just click on the «Send Money» link on PayPal.
- Bank Telegraphic Transfer. The amount may be wired to our bank account in Odessa. Once we receive your reservation the transfer details will be emailed to you.
- Western Union Transfer. Payments may be made on-line: www.westernunion.com or at any one of there many worldwide agents. Transfer details will be emailed to you once we receive your reservation.
• Odessa Arrival/Departure •
Yes, RSO can have one of its English speaking drivers waiting at the airport/train or bus station to meet you and take you to your Suite. This service is provided free of charge for guests staying five days or more. Transfers are available to clients staying less than five days for a fee of $30.
Note: Free transfer is available between the hours 08.00–20.00 from Monday to Saturday. Transfers outside of these hours are subject to a fee of $30.

Check in time: 14.00. Check out: 12.00. Early check in is available if the Suite is not occupied.
RSO will do its best to facilitate its guests in any way possible. Late check out is available if the Suite is not reserved for another guest.
A popular option for some visitors to the town is to avail of the VIP service at Odessa Airport. This entails being met as you disembark the aircraft and being escorted privately in a special vehicle to the Terminal building, where the passport and customs formalities will be processed for you. On successful completion of these you will be taken to the arrivals hall where your RSO driver will be waiting for you. Cost of this service is $30 plus the airport's fee of $80.
• Suites •
Suites are cleaned and bed linen/towels are changed on a weekly basis. Additional cleaning is available on request (see Services page for details). Local telephone calls and use of internet are both free of charge. Rental prices of the apartments are all inclusive. There are no additional charges whatsoever.
In this situation RSO will endeavour to offer you a suitable alternative.
• General •
We respond to all reservations/requests within 24 hours. If you do not receive a reply from us within this time frame then check your spam folder as it may be there.
Deposits will be refunded where 30 days notice is received. Otherwise the deposit is non-refundable. In situations where the trip is postponed the deposit may be used as part-payment subject to Suite availability.
RSO offers you the luxury and security of a top hotel at a fraction of the price, combined with the privacy of your own apartment, right in the heart of Odessa.
You should not worry about personal security as Odessa is a modern town, is well lit, and very safe. The Suite complex is located right in the very center.
Day to day expenses should be paid for in the local currency Hrivnas .You should not offer Foreign Currency, such as Dollars or Euros in shops and cafes, as either they will not be accepted, or if they are you are likely to be offered an unattractive exchange rate. Increasingly now in Odessa, many retail outlets and restaurants accept credit cards. There are also a great many ATM' in Odessa. They are a safe, reliable 24 hour option for obtaining cash. Most of these dispense Hrivnas with a small few giving out US Dollars.
• Services •
It is a good idea to rent a cell phone for your time in Odessa, as using your US/EU/Other phone can be prohibitively expensive, as roaming charges can be very high. RSO can provide you with a cell phone from as low as $3 per day. This can be reserved in advance and we can email you the telephone number so that you can provide it to those that you are planning on visiting.
Yes. We have introduced our ASR (Advance Shopping Request) for the benefit of our guests. With this service we will have a pre-agreed list of groceries purchased in advance of your on arrival at the Suite. (See the Services page for details).
Yes we can purchase Opera tickets for clients with confirmed reservations. All you need to do is inform us of your preferred dates and we can email you the programme schedule. Fee for this service is $30 and must be paid for in advance plus the cost of the tickets.
Yes we have arrangements with some of Odessa's premier car rental companies and can pre-book a rental car for you. Just let us know the type of car you require and your preferred dates and we can make the necessary arrangements for you. • Visa •
Citizens of the EU, US, Canada, Japan, Norway, Switzerland do not require a visa to enter the country for stays up to 90 days.
In the past I have assisted many citizens of Australia, South Africa etc with Visa support. Details are available on request.

Renaissance Suites Odessa is pleased to provide airport transfers to its guests. We will have an English speaking driver there to meet you and take you directly to your Suite. I should point out that Foreigners visiting Odessa are likely to be charged somewhat more than the rate charged to Ukrainian Nationals.
The transfer fee is $30. For guests staying for 5 nights or more there is no charge.
