The company is committed to providing guests with a care-free stay in our elegant, secure, Suite Complex in the very center of Odessa and in the process giving the best possible service. • Hotel or RSO? •

Hotels in Odessa are often of two extremes… cheap Soviet type or modern and very expensive. It can be very difficult to find something in between that is safe, comfortable and offers value for money. That, added to the extra privacy afforded, makes RSO the perfect choice.

• Apartment or RSO? •

The vast majority of apartments on offer in Odessa are rented by commission motivated agents acting for their owners. So if a problem arises with your apartment, you contact the agent, who is then at the mercy of the owner as to whether anything is done to rectify the problem. By contrast, when you stay with RSO, if you have a problem that needs solving, you simply cross the corridor to the office and speak with the duty manager. In fact, for whatever you need assistance with during your stay, (booking tickets, assistance making telephone calls or even if you just want to know a good restaurant to visit) all you need to do is to pop into the office.

• RSO Facilities •

At RSO we are convinced that the facilities we offer, at prices you can afford, represent the best value available in town. Here are some of the facilities available:

  • Free direct dial telephone calls from each Suite to Europe, US (landline + mobile), Canada (landline + mobile), Rus Fed: Moscow, St Petersburg, and Australia. (There is a modest charge for calls to other countries).
  • Computers with Free High-Speed Internet in all Suites.
  • Guest Sauna (Free for clients staying 7 days or more).
  • Satellite TV plus Music System and DVD Player in all Suites.
  • Free Transfer from the Airport. VIP service is available on request. (See the Services page for details).
  • Free Laundry Service (For guests staying 7 days or more. There is a modest charge for guests staying less than 7 days).
  • Free Cell Phone Rentals for guests staying for 7 days or more.
  • Electronic Safe in each Suite (Self-programmable).
  • Wing-Man Required? The «Whose In» board in the office lists guests and their Nationalities offering you the option of teaming up with a fellow American, European etc.
  • Air-Conditioning in most Suites.
  • Advance Shopping Request. RSO will stock the fridge in your Suite prior to your arrival.
  • Free DVD rentals for all guests. Choose from the hundreds of titles in our extensive DVD library.
  • Maid Service.
  • Services for Business People. In addition to the free international calls guests can make direct dial calls from their Suites to any country in the world at very modest rates. You may scan and receive documents from our office. The RSO manager can take telephone messages on your behalf. We can arrange interpreters/translators for you or make restaurant reservations for you. In fact whatever you require all you have to do is ask. We are here to serve you.

• Safety and Security •

The RSO apartment-hotel is located right in the centre of town on Rishelyevskaya St near the junction with Bunina St. This means that all of Odessa's amenities are right on your doorstep. So you can be reassured that even late at night, you will feel safe and secure, as the area is very well lit. Entrance to the building is by coded combination and the RSO entrance doors are steel plated with double locks. Finally, each Suite has its own personal safe allowing you to set your own combination.

• RSO Service •

As part of RSO client commitment, we are pleased to offer guests our Advance Shopping Request service (ASR), whereby a varied selection of groceries will be pre-purchased and deposited for you in your Suite prior to your arrival.

Renting an apartment/flat in Odessa is a popular alternative to the Ukrainian hotels, of which there are two extremes. At one end there are cheap Soviet type hotels which are old and very unappealing. You could pay less, but you may have several surprises including a staff that doesn't speak English, a room that may not meet Western standards, and you could experience a lack of privacy that you or your guests may find intrusive. At the other extreme are modern hotels which are very expensive at over 150 USD per night.
